I.Description: BUNAC's Work Australia program offers you the opportunity for the trip of a lifetime. There is plenty of short term work available and many employers prefer international workers for such positions. Australia has a thriving tourist industry and there are always employers in offices, hotels, shops and restaurants looking for seasonal help.

II.Description: This person is responsible for managing and developing Máximo Nivel's international programs. These programs include TEFL/TESOL Certification, the Native Spanish Program, and the Volunteer & Internship program. This person is also directly involved in administering Máximo Nivel's non-profit activities.

This person is responsible for business development of Maximo Nivel's international programs, and is directly responsible for increasing matriculation into the international programs.

This includes:
- Finding new channel partners
- Developing partnerships with universities in the U.S, Canada, Australia, the UK, and EU
- Online and print advertising
- Coordinating the Máximo Nivel newsletter

This person is responsible for providing information and descriptions about Máximo Nivel's programs including advantages and benefits of programs, and pre-departure information.

This person is in charge of all participant management. This includes:

- Airport pick-up
- Orientation & Welcome
- Site visits and problem-solving
- Coordinating donations and aid
- Travel details (arrival, hotel, etc.)
- Flight suggestions and visa information

This person works to find and develop new volunteer and internship projects, improve international programs, sell tourism services, and ensure after-program service and relationship management with all program participants.

This person is directly involved in partner management and service. This includes regular communication with both international and local partners to ensure Máximo Nivel maintains these partnerships, provides timely and professional communication and ensures partner satisfaction and trust level.

This person is responsible for finding and organizing appropriate housing for international program participants including family-stays and apartments. This includes finding host families and briefing them on service expected, food, hygiene etc.

There are several reports that this person must generate on a regular basis using Microsoft Excel: Monthly program registration, "Spanish & Beds," weekly Spanish class schedule, and participant feedback summary. This person is also responsible for invoices, payments, collections and basic reporting to the Accounting Department.

This person works Monday - Friday (7am to 7pm) with 2 hours for lunch; and on an as needed basis during peak times of the year. Saturdays and Sundays are required from time to time in order to greet incoming participants or solve participant problems.

This person manages a professional staff of 3-4 people.

This person must be very client service oriented.

This person must be focused on results--increasing program matriculation, service to partners, and participant satisfaction.

This person must speak both fluent English and at least high-intermediate Spanish.

This person must have excellent computer skills including Word and Excel.

Must know how to lead and manage a group.

Must be client service savvy, with a passion for getting it right.

Strong daily management and strategic planning skills.

Must have a energy level and strong work ethic.

Must be computer and web/internet fluent.

Highlights: This is an executive team level position in a fast-growing international organization. Salary is low by North American and European standards, but is excellent in Peru. You will live very very well in Peru. Position is eligible for both monthly and annual bonuses.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree
* MBA or Masters Degree preferred
* Minimum 3 years professional experience, preferably in a business setting
* Minimum 1 year managing a professional team
* High-Intermediate Spanish language skills or better

Participants Travel to Peru Independently
